Information you submit

Clintware collects information you choose to provide, such as details included in an email, contact form, product inquiry, support request, or blog subscription.

Contact form

The contact form requires a name, email address, and message. A phone number is optional. Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit for delivery to Clintware by email. FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained for up to 30 days. Do not submit sensitive information that is not necessary for the conversation.

Blog updates

If you subscribe, Clintware stores your email address and confirmation status to send the build-note messages you requested. The address is not added until it is confirmed. Every update includes an unsubscribe path, and unsubscribed addresses are not sent future updates.

Website data

Hosting, analytics, advertising, email-delivery, form-processing, and security providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, page activity, delivery events, and request logs to deliver, measure, protect, or fund the site.

Clintware uses Google Analytics to measure page use, referring source, campaign parameters such as UTM tags, booking-funnel events, internal navigation, and outbound destination domains or paths. Custom analytics events are intentionally limited to navigation and product-use metadata and do not send contact-form text, booking names, email addresses, meeting topics, or URL query strings as event properties.

Google AdSense code and an authorized ads.txt declaration may be present on Clintware content pages. Ad serving remains subject to Google site approval, regional consent requirements, and Google publisher policies.

How contact information is used

Information submitted by email or through the contact form is used to respond to your request and manage the related conversation. Clintware does not sell your contact information to advertisers.

Product and linked-service boundaries

Some Clintware tools, alphas, or linked services may have different data paths or third-party dependencies. Product pages should state relevant current boundaries, and linked third-party services have their own privacy practices. Review those services before submitting sensitive information.
