CLIENT WORK · SELECTIVE BY DESIGN

Things I build with people.

I take on focused work where Customer Success, cybersecurity, AI, implementation, Support, automation, growth experimentation, or technical operations need a working solution rather than another layer of presentation.

Areas of work

Customer Success + Ops
Customer operating systems and renewal execution.I build around onboarding, account health, adoption, escalation control, renewal workflows, support alignment, reporting, and automation across the actual customer lifecycle.
Cybersecurity
Technical customer and defensive workflow problems.Security SaaS implementation, technical escalations, investigation workflows, data handling, user protection, and operational coordination across customer-facing and engineering teams.
AI + Automation
Practical automation with bounded authority.Workflow design, local-first tooling, agent-assisted operations, evidence capture, and automation that reduces repeated work without hiding judgment or creating unnecessary lock-in.
Technical Systems
Focused builds around a concrete operational job.Internal tools, integrations, implementation, Windows utilities, troubleshooting systems, dashboards, and small software surfaces built to stay understandable and operable.
Growth Experiments
Test channels. Measure signal. Build what works.I run bounded growth experiments across content, distribution, analytics, attribution, and automation, starting with a hypothesis and expanding only when the data supports it.

How a client problem moves.

PROBLEM → CLIENT WORK → SOLUTION

I start with the friction. I define the owner, impact, constraints, and desired outcome, then choose the smallest useful intervention and build it so the result remains understandable and operable after delivery.

When I see the same problem recurring across organizations, the pattern may inform a future Clintware product. That does not turn a client engagement into a product claim or blur client information into Clintware-owned product work.

What this is not.

Clintware is not a generic digital agency. I do not sell broad transformation language without a defined operating problem. I select work where the technical and operational overlap is useful and the output can be made concrete.
